All orders must be confirmed in writing and Talisman cannot accept responsibility for errors that may occur with a telephone order which has not been confirmed in writing.Upon receipt of your Talisman Bespoke order we will issue you with a 50% non-refundable deposit invoice and production of your order will not start until payment is received. A delay in receipt of your deposit invoice may in turn lead to a delay in the estimated lead time of your order.Any amendments or alterations to your order may incur an upcharge and Talisman will notify you of these by way of an amended invoice.If you are providing your own fabric for upholstery, please supply Talisman with a sample and any specific upholstery instructions in advance so that we can check it is workable with your order. Talisman reserves the right to reject fabric or leather that is not of a suitable quality or to advise of upcharges if extra upholstery time is required.The outstanding balance will be due prior to the delivery/collection of the goods.
