Purchase & Delivery


Talisman accepts all major credit cards, with the exception of American Express, as well as payment by cheque and bank transfer. Please ensure cheques are made out to Talisman London.


Prices are displayed online and in the showroom. Please contact us for prices for customised Talisman Bespoke pieces.


Although delivery is not included in the purchase price, Talisman is happy to arrange delivery of any goods purchased, both within the UK and worldwide. Please give your delivery address when enquiring and we will contact you with a quote and estimated lead-time for shipping.

Returns Policy

When purchasing online you have within 14 days after delivery to ask for a full refund. Returned stock must be delivered to our store within 14 days, in the same condition it left us. The cost to return will be deducted from your refund if we are organising the collection.

If purchasing in store we will only offer a refund if the piece arrives damaged or faulty.

We are unable to offer refunds, unless damaged for any bespoke orders.


All goods are subject to availability. We will let you know if any item is unavailable for any reason and suggest suitable alternatives wherever possible.

Talisman Bespoke

All Talisman Bespoke orders require written confirmation – Talisman cannot accept responsibility for any errors that may occur for orders made by phone but not confirmed in writing.

Upon receipt of your Talisman Bespoke order, you will receive an invoice for a non-refundable 50% deposit. Production of your bespoke piece will commence once payment is received. A delay in receipt of your deposit may increase the estimated lead-time of your order.

Any amendments or alterations to your order after it has been confirmed may incur additional charges. Talisman will supply an amended invoice to notify you of any extra costs required.

If you are providing your own fabric for upholstery, please supply Talisman with a sample and any specific upholstery instructions in advance so that we can confirm it is appropriate to your order.

Talisman reserves the right to reject fabric or leather that is not of a workable quality, and to advise of additional charges if extra time is required for upholstery work.

The outstanding balance is due before delivery/collection of the finished pieces.

Sale Items

Purchases can either be made in person or over the telephone. For website purchases please call +44 (0) 207 731 4686 during sale hours. All purchases can only be guaranteed once payment is made by Cheque or Credit Card at point of purchase (AMEX is not accepted). All pieces are sold as seen and Talisman Credit Notes/ Gift Notes cannot be used for purchases made at this sale. All purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable. Items have to be collected within 7 days of purchase.
