Hailed as the latest big interiors trend by Elle Decoration ‘New Neutrals’ is a look that we are whole heartedly embracing. This movement has been on our radar for quite some time, with requests for the soothing tones of dusky pink, sage, mint and lavender growing continuously. These sexy and smoky tones have emerged from the family of lacklustre and quite frankly puerile pastels and have reinvented neutrals as we knew them. Beige, grey and varying hues of white are moving aside to a far more restorative calibre of tones, creating a calming sanctuary which alleviates us from our busy lives. This is a trend that we can definitely get involved with. Who said that neutrals had to be boring after all?
